At Celtic Raven, our workshops are crafted with care — a blend of creativity, connection, and wellbeing. We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, so we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while keeping our small business running smoothly. Please take a moment to read through our refund and rescheduling policy before booking.

Refunds

Please double-check your dates before booking. Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded. Each workshop requires preparation and materials unique to that session, so we’re unable to offer cash refunds once your spot is confirmed.

If You Need to Cance

l

If life gets in the way and you can no longer attend, don’t worry — we’ll happily issue you a credit voucher to use within six months of your original class date.

If you contact us less than six weeks before your workshop, a 20% admin fee will be deducted from your voucher to help us cover our costs.

Rescheduling Your Workshop

We know plans can shift, and we’ll always do our best to help. However, each workshop takes time and energy to plan — materials are ordered, and spaces are limited — so last-minute changes can have a big impact on us.

If you’d like to move to a new date and there’s space available, we’ll happily reschedule you.

If you contact us less than six weeks before your class, a 20% admin fee applies.

We’ll send an invoice for the fee by email, and once it’s paid, your new booking will be confirmed.

Can’t make it but know someone who’d love to join? You’re welcome to gift or transfer your place to a friend. Just email us their name and contact details, and we’ll send them all the information they need to enjoy their creative experience.

Celtic Raven Cancellations

In the rare event that Celtic Raven needs to cancel a workshop, we’ll give you as much notice as possible — never less than three days before the session. We’ll contact you via the email address provided when booking.

If we’re unable to reschedule, you’ll receive either a voucher for the full value of your class or a full refund — whichever feels right for you.
