About the event


She was the patron saint of Wolves often depicted walking beside her — loyal companions and protectors — reflecting her instinctive wisdom, her connection to the untamed, and her deep respect for the cycles of life and death. she moves with her own rhythm and values: shaping mountains, calling the storms, and caring deeply for animals, both wild and domestic, through the long dark months. She represents both the harsh power of nature and the quiet strength of endurance. A neutral force neither kind nor cruel . she moves to her own drum.
Each year, she takes her place from Brigid on Samhain (31st October), holding the world in winter’s stillness, and returns it to her on Beltane (1st May) when life stirs again.
