During this hands-on, artful day, you’ll be gently guided to create a mask that tells both sides of your story — the outer layer that faces the world, and the inner landscape that often stays hidden. This can be self reflective silent work or we can share in a held space with others.

Using materials, colour, and texture, we’ll explore how we shape and protect ourselves, and what it might feel like to be seen more fully. Our fear of judgement comes from many places, our upbring, conformity in society, the era we grow up in, family messages.

Having space and time to reflect on your life's journey, and share ( only if you wish). Through creative expression and gentle conversation with others or yourself internal self, you’ll begin to uncover what your own “mask” reveals — and what it might be ready to release.
